Maker's Anvil

Furniture Design

2022 Cleveland Institute of Art

Designing a specialized piece of furniture for desktop machines.

The Maker's Anvil is a specialized work table designed specifically to carry desktop machinery such as 3D printers, laser cutters, small CNC machines, etc.

The table features several drawers and storage areas specifically designed with common items for each machine in mind.

I constructed a full-scale working model as part of this furniture design project.
